Banc One Diversified Services Corp. has named Donald A. Winkler president and chief executive officer of Finance One Corp., a newly formed subsidiary that will create a national consumer finance company.

Winkler comes to Banc One from Citicorp, where he had been since 1976. He was Citicorp's division executive of Global Funds Transfer and Financial Information Businesses since 1990.

Banc One Diversified Services is an affiliate of Banc One Corp.
